Fit Blog: Thursday, December 19th

Weather was awesome today, though just a little bit windy.  Went on a run this morning and I took a different trail that had some epic hills.  My overall time wasn't as good as it could be because of the hills but I did get that extra burn.

After work I did a little bit more cardio, chest and lower abs

AM:
20 minute run

PM:
20 minute elliptical
Flies @165 4x8
Incline Dumbbell Press @ 45 each 4x8
Lateral cables @ 90 4x8
Captains Chair w/ 10 pound weight 4x15

Fit Blog: Wednesday, December 18th

Woke up this morning to check if most of the ice has melted off the sidewalk and it has!  So I decided to start my day with a 2 mile run!

Went to the gym after work for a short back session with the gents.

AM:
2 mile run

PM:
Lat Pull Down @ 105 lbs. 4 x 8
Pull Ups 4 x 8
Bent-over Barbell Row @ 140 4 x 8

Seems like today was a 4 x 8 type of day.  We cut the session short due to timing.  Tomorrow comes chest.

Season's Greetings!

This holiday season is getting to be quite busy.  It's getting even busier now because we are rolling up really close to Christmas and the winter weather that came through a week ago put everything on hold for about 5 days, talk about being behind... Sheesh!

I'm not even remotely close to being done with my gift shopping.  I've got about 10 more people to shop for with a few of them being out of state and one out of the country.

After the holiday season comes New Years.  That means a fresh start, new goals, resolutions, whatever.  I've got some ideas on what goals and resolutions to pursue.  When they are fully developed I will make a post about each one of them.

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanza, and Happy New Year...
(I hope I didn't forget any!)
